Estas Condiciones Generales regulan los servicios y/o productos contenidos en el sitio Web que, PRIVEE PRODUCCIONES ARTÍSTICAS, S.L. (en adelante la Promotora), con CIF: B71456404, C/Berriobide, Nº 38, Oficina 219, CP: 31013, Ansoáin (Navarra), inscrita en el Registro Mercantil de Navarra, General, ofrece a los Usuarios: La Organización se reserva el derecho de alterar o modificar el programa y cartel del Festival. Se reserva el derecho de admisión. La entrada dispone de diferentes medidas de seguridad. La Organización no se hace responsable de las entradas que no se hayan adquirido en los puntos de venta oficiales. Toda entrada enmendada, rota, o con indicios de falsificación autorizará a la Organización a privar a su portador del acceso al recinto. Reservándose la Organización el derecho a emprender las medidas legales. La Organización tendrá derecho a denegar el acceso al recinto del portador de la entrada en caso de detectar cualquier anomalía en la misma. Al entrar al recinto, el público puede estar sujeto a un registro conforme a las disposiciones legales vigentes, no permitiéndose la entrada de objetos que puedan ser considerados peligrosos por la Organización o estén prohibidos por la normativa vigente, así como cámaras fotográficas profesionales, de vídeo o grabadoras. El público asistente reconoce y acepta que la Organización ostenta y es titular de todos los derechos propiedad intelectual, industrial y cualesquiera otros, incluidos los de imagen, derivados, directa o indirectamente, de las representaciones artísticas o cualesquiera otras que tuvieran lugar con motivo de la celebración del Festival, sin limitación territorial ni temporal, y sin ninguna otra limitación más que las dispuestas en la vigente Ley de Propiedad Intelectual. En consecuencia, queda terminantemente prohibida la captación, fijación o grabación de imágenes o sonidos sin la previa autorización escrita de la Organización. La Organización podrá expulsar a cualquier persona que incumpla la anterior obligación sin que ello genere derecho alguno de devolución del importe de la entrada abonada. El público asistente podrá aparecer en imágenes tomadas por diferentes medios para su posterior difusión a través de cualquier medio. El público asistente al evento autoriza expresamente y a título gratuito la captación y fijación de su imagen, voz y nombre con la finalidad de permitir la máxima explotación de las grabaciones que puedan realizarse durante la celebración del Festival y su posterior difusión por la Organización o terceros autorizados por ésta a través de cualesquier medio de comunicación, consintiendo expresamente un uso promocional y/o comercial de las imágenes captadas. Así mismo, el Público asistente cede al Organizador, a título gratuito, el contenido patrimonial del derecho a la propia imagen, sin limitación temporal y espacial, para su explotación en cualquier medio o mediante cualquier forma de comunicación, incluido su nombre en cualquier tipo de publicidad, promoción, publicación (incluido Internet), o cualquier otro medio, incluso con fines promocionales o informativos, así como su exhibición en cualquier medio y/o soporte. En ningún caso podrá reclamarse por el Público asistente cantidad económica alguna a la Organización derivada de la explotación que de dichas imágenes pudiera llevar a cabo. Los menores de 16 años podrán acceder siempre y cuando entren acompañados de un adulto responsable del menor, que deberá velar por su seguridad y correcto comportamiento durante la celebración del Festival. Cualquier menor de edad que consuma bebidas alcohólicas o tabaco será expulsado del Festival. De acuerdo con lo establecido por la Ley Orgánica 15/1999, de 13 de diciembre, de Protección de Datos de Carácter Personal, se le informa de que sus datos serán incluidos en un fichero del que es titular PRIVEE PRODUCCIONES ARTÍSTICAS, S.L. y podrán ser utilizados para gestionar su participación en las actividades de PRIVEE PRODUCCIONES ARTÍSTICAS, S.L., así como para ser informado de cuestiones relativas a PRIVEE PRODUCCIONES ARTÍSTICAS, S.L. y recibir felicitaciones por vía electrónica. En caso de que no desee prestar su consentimiento para que no se le remita publicidad e información de interés ni felicitaciones por correo electrónico, envíenos un correo a la dirección info@priveeproducciones.com La Organización del Festival podrá denegar el acceso o expulsar del recinto al portador de una entrada, en caso de incumplimiento de las condiciones impuestas por el personal de la Organización, así como en caso de que pueda racionalmente presumirse que va a implicar una situación de riesgo o peligro para el propio portador u otros asistentes, por alboroto o por estados de intoxicación aparente o potencial, responsabilizándose personalmente el portador en todos los casos con sus propias acciones y omisiones que causen lesiones a terceros o daños a cosas. Todos los intentos de estafa, allanamiento y/o por daños a la propiedad privada causados directa o indirectamente a la Organización, autorizan a esta a tomar las medidas legales, tanto civiles como penales que estime oportunas contra los causantes. Las diferentes áreas de los diferentes escenarios del Festival tienen un aforo limitado legal establecido, de manera que una vez se llegue a ese límite se cortará el acceso a dichas zonas. En consecuencia, la Organización no será en ningún caso responsable de la imposibilidad de ciertos asistentes de acudir a determinados conciertos o eventos que integren el Festival. La Organización se reserva el derecho de modificar, alterar o suspender las fechas del evento, así como a modificar o anular el contenido de las presentes condiciones de venta en cualquier momento sin que la Organización incurra en responsabilidad alguna frente a los adquirentes o terceras y con la única obligación de ponerlo en conocimiento del público asistente por los canales y/o medios que considere adecuados. Expresamente para el caso en que por parte de las Autoridades/Administraciones competentes que correspondan se declarara cualquier tipo de situación o escenario de urgencia o emergencia sanitaria que impidieran la celebración del evento en la forma y modo previsto, la Organización cumpliendo con el compromiso adquirido con los asistentes al evento y velando por la salud y seguridad de estos, se reserva expresamente el derecho a variar las fechas del evento, sin que por ello se proceda a la devolución de las entradas, sino al cambio de las mismas informando por los canales que se crearan a tal efecto de la nueva fecha de celebración. Cualquier reclamación deberá acompañarse obligatoriamente con la presentación de esta entrada. En el recinto del Festival no se puede acceder con comida, ni bebida. En caso de necesidad médica (celíacos, etc.) deberá presentarse un justificante médico que lo acredite. Una vez se haya canjeado esta entrada por la pulsera en la zona destinada para ello, la pulsera pasa a ser el elemento que certifica el derecho adquirido. La pérdida de la pulsera, supondrá la pérdida del derecho de admisión. Bajo ningún concepto, y hasta que termine el Festival, intentes quitarte la pulsera, ya que se rompería y perderías tu derecho a permanecer en el recinto. Conserva tu pulsera por si abandonas el recinto pues la necesitarás si accedes de nuevo. Para salir del recinto y volver a entrar al mismo, el usuario deberá adquirir una pulsera exclusiva para este uso a partir de las 23:59h, a excepción de los usuarios que adquieran entrada VIP, que podrán entrar y salir del festival libremente.
Refund Policy

Una vez adquirida la entrada no será cambiado ni devuelto su importe, excepto en caso de cancelación del Festival en cuyo supuesto resultara de aplicación el Real Decreto ley 11/2020, de 31 de marzo, por el que se adoptan medidas urgentes complementarias en el ámbito social y económico para hacer frente al COVID-19. Artículo 35 de protección de consumidores y usuarios. En caso de anulación total del Festival, la Organización se compromete a la devolución del importe de esta entrada. El coste de distribución que los canales de venta aplican al precio de esta entrada, no será devuelto en ningún caso por la Organización, dado que ésta no es preceptora de dicho importe y que la prestación de este servicio se entiende realizada en el momento de la compra de esta entrada.
